THE RASPBERRY TRIFLE MARTINI
Just an itty bitty English trifle experience in a martini glass
Ingredients: Pinnacle Cake Vodka, Creme de Cacao, Raspberry Puree, Lemon Juice, Sponge Cake, Chocolate Syrup, Whipped Cream
An English Trifle is a traditional layered dessert made with custard, fruit or fruit jams, lady fingers or a form or sponge or pound cake, fruit juice or a liqueur, and whipped cream. It is really quite a fantastic gastronomic experience, especially if made properly, as well as being a visually stunning creation as it's always served in a glass bowl so you can see the layers.
With my Raspberry Trifle Martini I've taken the main ingredients and combined them into a liquid trifle in a glass. Perfect for dessert and delicious whenever you want to cater to your sweet tooth.
It's also perfect for a Christmas or holiday cocktail because of the bright red color!
You can garnish this with cubes of pound cake, sponge cake or the more traditional lady fingers - as long as you get that cake bite in their you're golden!
BTW, I make a version of Chocolate Trifle which will knock your socks off!
